1. Sponsor The Main Event Shark Bite Shirley $500 Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Main Event Entertainment (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period The Promotion begins 12:00AM CT on 8/4/2026 and ends at 12:00 AM CT on 8/15/2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter — Social Media Entry During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may enter by: Creating an original photo or video featuring the entrant enjoying a Shark Bite Shirley at a participating Main Event location; Posting the photo or video to the entrant’s public Instagram account; Tagging @MainEvent in the post; and Including #MainEventPromotion in the caption. The Instagram account must remain public through the end of the Promotion Period and until the winner has been verified. The entry must be posted during the Promotion Period and must remain publicly viewable through the end of the Promotion Period.

5. Alternate Method of Entry — No Purchase Necessary A purchase is not required to enter. To enter without purchasing a Shark Bite Shirley, an eligible entrant may comment “SHARK” on the official Main Event Shark Bite Shirley Promotion post on Instagram during the Promotion Period. One (1) entry per person per day is permitted, regardless of method of entry. Entries generated by scripts, bots, automated means, or other fraudulent methods are void.

6. Entry Requirements Each entry must: Be original and created by the entrant; Comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Standards; Not contain obscene, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable material; Not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party; Not contain third-party trademarks, logos, music, images, or other materials without appropriate authorization; and Include the required disclosure #MainEventPromotion where applicable. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that Sponsor determines to be inappropriate or otherwise unsuitable for use in connection with the Contest.

7. Winner Selection One (1) potential winner will be selected as the most creative/funniest entry as selected by Main Event judges in their sole and subjective opinion from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about 8/14/2026.

8. Prize One (1) winner will receive one (1) $500 Main Event Entertainment gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500. No cash or prize substitution is permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Winner Notification The potential winner will be contacted through the Instagram account used to enter and/or through the contact information provided during the winner-verification process. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and/or other documentation within the time period specified by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random drawing.

10. Publicity Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, social-media handle, and submitted entry for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

11. User-Generated Content By submitting an entry, entrant represents and warrants that the submitted content is the entrant’s original work and does not violate the rights of any third party. By entering, entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish, distribute, edit, adapt, and otherwise use the submitted content, including the entrant’s social-media handle, for advertising, marketing, promotional, and social-media purposes in connection with Main Event and its products and services, without additional compensation.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, corrupted, or technically deficient entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized intervention; or any other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

13. Instagram Disclaimer This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating in this Promotion, each entrant releases Instagram from any and all responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the Promotion. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

14. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, in which case Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from among eligible entries received before the action was taken. Sponsor’s decisions concerning the Promotion are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.

15. Privacy Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy.
